A Fee of up to 2.5% of your mortgage amount may be payable on completion of your mortgage (e.g. for a mortgage of ₤100,000 we will charge ₤2,500), the precise amount will depend on your circumstances, however our typical fee is ₤750. We will also be paid commission from the lender.
